Install
your eSIM.

Short steps, big buttons. Have your QR email open — that’s all you need.

iPhone

  1. 01

The fast way — one tap

Reading the delivery email on the iPhone itself? Its install button does everything. The steps below are the manual path, for a QR shown on another screen.

  2. 02

    Open Settings

Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM

  3. 03

    Scan the QR

Tap “Use QR Code” and point the camera at it — a laptop screen, a printout or a second phone all work. No camera? “Enter Details Manually”, then paste the LPA code from the email.

  4. 04

    Set the roles

Keep your home SIM for calls and iMessage. Set the new eSIM as Mobile Data — iOS asks right after install.

  5. 05

    On landing

Settings → Cellular → your travel eSIM → Data Roaming ON

Airplane mode off first. Data roaming on the travel eSIM is normal for a travel plan — it does not cost extra.

Samsung

  1. 01

    Open SIM manager

Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM

  2. 02

    Scan QR code

“Scan QR code from service provider”. Manual path: “Enter activation code”, then the LPA code from the email.

  3. 03

    Mobile data → travel eSIM

SIM manager → Mobile data → the new eSIM

On landing, switch Data Roaming on for that eSIM.

Pixel

  1. 01

    Open SIMs

Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM

  2. 02

    Scan the QR

Point the camera at the QR, or use the manual entry option and paste the LPA code from the email.

  3. 03

    On landing

Airplane mode off, then make the travel eSIM the mobile-data SIM and turn roaming on for it.

Other Android

  1. 01

    Use the settings search

Makers rename the menu — the search box does not. Open Settings, search for “eSIM”, and follow the “Add” option it finds.

  2. 02

    Scan or paste

Scan the QR from the email, or choose manual entry and paste the LPA code.

  3. 03

    On landing

Airplane mode off, travel eSIM set as the data line, roaming on for that line.

eSIM installed, but no network?

  • Airplane mode — off?
  • Data Roaming ON — for the travel eSIM, not the home SIM?
  • Travel eSIM selected as the data line?
  • Just landed? Networks can take a few minutes to pick you up.

QR already scanned on another phone?

An eSIM installs exactly once — that is the standard, not a bug. If it landed on the wrong device the QR will not scan again. Write to us from your order email and we will take it from there.
