Device check
Will this work on my phone?
Pick your phone. We will tell you what the manufacturer says about eSIM support for that model — and, where it matters, what we cannot tell you from here.
Check it on the phone itself
- Settings → General → About. If you see "Available SIM" or "Digital SIM" with an EID number, your iPhone can take an eSIM.
- Settings → Connections → SIM manager (Samsung) or Settings → Network & internet → SIMs (Pixel). An "Add eSIM" or "Download a SIM instead?" option means your phone can take one.
- On most Android phones, dialling *#06# shows an EID alongside the IMEI. An EID means eSIM hardware is present.
Is your phone locked to a network?
A phone locked to a network will refuse a third-party eSIM even when the hardware supports it. We cannot see this from here, and we do not claim to — here is how to check it yourself.
- iOS: Settings → General → About → Carrier Lock. "No SIM restrictions" means you are free to use our eSIM.
- Android: Settings → About phone → SIM status, or contact the operator you bought the phone from. Android does not report this consistently across manufacturers, which is itself worth saying out loud.
